Well, I knew immediately when seeing the title that this was about Juliet. However, I thought it referred to Jack/Juliet/Kate. Interesting sidestory which shows us why certain things were done when the plane crashed.
Ben certainly knows how to push Locke's buttons "has the revolution started yet?"...It hadn't, but with Ben out it might.
I still want to know if Claire died or if Kate took Aaron.
Finally, my theory about Ben's source on the boat...Michael.

Yeah, that's the creepiest side of Ben I've seen yet - and he's shown some pretty creepy sides! His assumption that Juliet is his is just awful! Yuk!! Makes me have more sympathy for her, that's for sure. When the flashback first started with her and the therapist, I thought it was a flash-forward and that she was the 6th person to get off the island.
Yeah, Ben sure knows how to push Locke's buttons. With him out, there's no telling what will happen next!
Okay, who's Michael? Is Ben free because he told Locke who the spy on the boat is?
I think I didn't catch what the deal was with Dan and Charlotte and The Tempest (is that what the building with the electrical whatevers is called?). What were they trying to do? Why are they being so secretive about it?
I got the impression that the actor who's playing Penny's father now isn't the same actor who played him in earlier seasons. Is that right? Not a big deal, but I am curious.
You sure don't want to give up on Michael, do you Andy?
During the first half of the show, I didn't think there was anything special about it. The story was somewhat interesting, but it didn't really impress me much. Ben's feelings toward Juliet explains a little, but it didn't really ring true to me. It felt like something the writers through out there without much thought.
I was more interested in what we learned about the boat. The boat belongs to Widmore, Penny's father. That explains how Naomi had a picture of Desmond and Penny.
So, adding that piece to the puzzle... in the 1800's, the Black Rock is lost in the Pacific. The ships journal was owned by Tovard Hanso, so that's how the Hanso family knows about the island. Alvar Hanso created the Dharma initiative to study and make use of the islands special properties. He may have confided in Widmore, or maybe he just uses Widmore as a supplier, and Widmore got curious. Widmore does some research, buys the Black Rock's journal, etc. He commissions the making of a boat capable of sailing to the island, and, killing two birds with one stone, has Libby give the boat to Desmond to get him out of the way. Somehow, Penny learns of this, and uses her own resources to try to find Desmond.
Anne, Michael is Walt's father. Ben gave them a boat to get off the island. The Tempest was the building they were at, and it had some kind of nerve gas, capable of killing everyone on the island (remember when Ben helped kill all of the Dharma people?). Juliet was told that Dan and Charlotte were going to use the gas to kill everyone. However, they were going there to shut it down, so Ben wouldn't use it. And finally, checking Wikipedia, it looks like Alan Dale was the actor who played Widmore in Live Together, Die Alone, as well as this episode, The Other Woman.
