Some interesting developments in this episode. I don't know what they all mean, though...
What was the significance of the bracelet Sayid took from Naomi?
Interesting experiment with the projectile, and a 30 minute time delay. Anne, it look's like you are on to something with the mixed up time flow around the island. Probably ties in to the fossilized polar bear in the desert. And Desmonds' flashes, too?
What's the deal with Jacob's moving cabin? It moved once before, too. When Hurley was running away from it, and then it was in front of him. I noticed that Locke seemed to have a renewed confidence since his encounter with Walt. But when the cabin was not where he expected it to be, that confidence was shaken, and it showed. Ben piked up on it, too. I'm sure he will exploit it later.
Random thought. The people on the boat are not with Penny's people. I assume they are enemies. The boat people are also enemies of the "Others". Does that mean that Penny is on Ben's side? Or are there three, or more, separate groups.
What is it that Ben has on Sayid, to make him kill for him? I assume that he is holding some people hostage? And did Sayid go back to the island when he got shot, or did Ben leave the island? Something that I figured Ben would never do. And what about Nadia?
Sorry Beck. I haven't got a theory to tie all these questions up yet.

Wow, Roy, you thought of things that never crossed my mind! (Nothing new there, of course.)
The bracelet said something about always being with Naomi and it was signed 'RG'. Do we know anyone with those initials? Wasn't the same bracelet on the wrist of the woman he killed in Europe? Or was that a similar bracelet, indicating both she and Naomi are part of the same group/cult. Did you anticipate that she wasn't an innocent victim? Who do you suppose her boss was?
Did you catch who Sayid killed first, on the golf course?
I was completely appalled when I learned Ben is Sayid's boss and couldn't imagine how that could be! Holding someone hostage makes sense. But who?
I have to assume Ben has left the island because of how quickly Sayid arrived at the lab. Unless there's some kind of transporting going on, Sayid couldn't have travelled far in that condition. Remind me: Who's Nadia?
So we know of 4 people who are off the island in the future: Sayid, Jack, Hurley, Kate. Five if you count Ben. Wonder who the sixth person is.
All in all, a very confusing episode. Gave me nothing but questions. I'm looking forward to the next one!
Anne, thanks for reminding me about the bracelet on the woman in Europe. I almost missed that. Because of the bracelet, I would assume that she was working for the people responsible for the boat that is looking for Ben.
Sayid's first victim was no one we know. It was probably just inserted to shock us, and let us know that Sayid is now an assassin.
Nadia is Sayid's friend from Iraq. She escaped Iraq, and Sayid has been looking for her. Locke met her in one of his flashbacks, when she was moving in to her new home in California.
Ben would not be one of the "Oceanic 6", as he was not on the flight.
